Report a bug or catalog correction

Include the page or share link, the item name and ID if known, what you expected, and what you observed. For an artwork or Classic World mismatch, include an official source or a screenshot reference and the relevant model or color variant. For price issues, include the market link and when you checked it.

Privacy or rights requests

Explain which information or artwork your request concerns and how the maintainer can identify it. Rights holders can include the affected URL, a description of the work, and a way to verify the request.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, or game account credentials. Henesys Store cannot provide game account support or resolve marketplace trades. The maintainer does not offer support on behalf of Nexon or Classic World.
